Our Adult Program is designed for swimmers of all levels, from beginners learning to swim for the first time to experienced swimmers looking
to refine their technique and build endurance. Classes focus on comfort, confidence, and efficiency in the water, with personalized instruction
tailored to each individual's goals—whether it's lap swimming, fitness, or overcoming fear of the water. This supportive and encouraging environment allows adults to progress at their own pace while improving their overall swimming ability and water safety.
Adult Program
The Adult Swimming Program runs in flexible sessions throughout the week, tailored to fit your busy schedule. Lessons are available in the mornings, evenings, and weekends, allowing you to choose the most convenient time for your training.
Participants can choose between group lessons or private lessons, with each session lasting for 30/60 minutes. If you’re looking to accelerate your progress, you can also opt for additional classes to further advance your skills. Whether you’re a beginner wanting to overcome water anxiety or an experienced swimmer aiming to perfect your strokes, our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way.
